Wild salmon roe season

It is hard to believe that it has been five years since Boston Seafood & Bar started spoiling us with affordable seafood and promoting local produce. In honor of the anniversary the team behind the project - Anton Lyalin and Kirill Martynenko, have created a special festive menu, where Far East free range salmon roe of 2018 season is the main attraction. Worshippers of classic tastes would surely appreciate crispy fried potatoes or flawless potato cakes with thick sour cream and roe; for those who are in a mood for audacious gastronomic adventures avocado tartar with sockeye roe is not to be missed, as well as creamy burrata topped with sockeye roe. The most impressive item on the special menu is «Kamchatka Breakfast» for two with a jar of roe, butter and crispy bread, served either with a playful bottle of Spanish sparkling wine or with a brutal decanter of vodka. Also, an elegant offer is available for those who just want to raise a glass for the success of beloved Boston Seafood & Bar – a glass of sparkling wine with a spoon of salmon roe.
